Guidelines For Use Of Trac-Rite Name And Logos
Trac-Rite Door ("Trac-Rite") is a recognized manufacturer of premium quality rolling steel curtain doors. To preserve its reputation and identity and to protect its trademarks, Trac-Rite diligently guards against any violation of its intellectual property. Therefore, Trac-Rite's name and logos (collectively "Trademarks") may only be used pursuant to the guidelines listed below to identify Trac-Rite or Trac-Rite products and services. Any use that falls outside what is outlined herein is strictly prohibited. - If simply referring to the words "Trac-Rite Door", no trademark symbol or logo type is required, nor is the logo necessary.
- The Trademarks must be used as provided by Trac-Rite with no changes, including but not limited to changes in the color, proportion, or design, or removal of any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. The Trademarks may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance. Use only approved Trac-Rite Trademark artwork as described below:

Further Guidelines
The Trademarks must always be accompanied by the appropriate trademark symbol (TM or ®).
The Trademarks may not be used in any manner that might imply that any non-Trac-Rite materials, including but not limited to goods, services, web sites, or publications, are sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with Trac-Rite.
The Trademarks may not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any non-Trac-Rite materials. Companies using the Trademarks pursuant to these guidelines must also display in the primary and more prominent position, their own trademark(s), business name, product names, or other branding.
The Trademarks may not be imitated, or used as a design feature in any manner.
The Trademarks may not be used in a manner that would disparage Trac-Rite or its products or services.
The Trademarks must stand alone and may not be combined with any other object, including but not limited to other Trademarks, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols. The Trademarks must never be used to represent the word "Trac-Rite" in text, including in a headline, product-name Trademark type, or body copy.
The Trademarks must not be incorporated or used in any manner as part of, or in close proximity to another company's name, domain name, product or service name, Trademark, trade dress, design, slogan, or other trademarks. The Trademarks must never appear with any other symbol or icon (except the registered trademark symbol); contained within a box, circle, or other shape; or combined with any other name, Trademark, or icon to create a co-branded Trademark.
The attribution clause "Trac-Rite" and any associated logos are trademarks or registered trademark of "Trac-Rite Door" must accompany use of the Trademarks.
None of the Trademarks may be used in any other company name, product name, service name, domain name, web site title, publication title, or the like.
Non-Trac-Rite materials should not mimic any Trac-Rite advertising, product packaging, or web site design.
Trac-Rite reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the Trademark(s), and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the Trademark(s) that, in Trac-Rite's sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines, or might otherwise impair Trac-Rite's rights in the Trademark(s). Trac-Rite further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law.
