Description
The 955WL earns high marks for strength. It's ideal for the same light-commercial uses as the Model 955. In addition, Trac-Rite's windlock system provides maximum wind resistance for this model. As wind blows against the 955WL, the curtain's windlocks engage with the door guide for a strong interlocking grip. This grip keeps the curtain securely in the guide. Available in custom sizes from 8'W up to 12'W x 3'H up to 12'8"H in 1" increments. Maximum heights vary depending on width. The 955WL features a 26-gauge, rigid-rib steel curtain that is durable, attractive, and requires little maintenance. The 955WL's drums and helical torsion EP3 springs provide solid curtain support and balancing; while the permanently-sealed ball bearings assure smooth operation.

Wind Load Ratings
All Trac-Rite door models, both standard and windlock, are put through rigorous wind testing. The testing is witnessed and certified by an independent test lab. Trac-Rite doors are approved for installation in buildings affected by Florida Building Commission regulations concerning wind testing and manufacturing certifications.

Installation

Installation Outline
- Assemble brackets and guides to door nest.
- Hoist door in place and attach brackets.
- Attach guides, tension the door, cut bands, and install door stops.
- Adjust and fasten guides. Install lock assembly and rope.
